One of the absolute worst experiences that I have had purchasing a car in my entire life. I purchased their 2019 Nissan kicks on June 22. This was a Monday. By that Friday, I was locked out of my car because I was given a faulty key fob. The emergency backup key was not in the fob so I was stranded for about four or five hours. After they were finally able to have someone come to me to switch my key fob, Every light on my dash popped on. So here I am with a car that I just bought on Monday and by that weekend, I’m not able to drive it. They tell me to bring the car back up to them so they can check it out. This was on the following Monday. I was given the car back later that day and was told that there was just some sensor issues and all they had to do Was clean them out. Predictably The next day, all the lights popped back on. So I was told to go to AutoZone and get a scan on my car so that they can see what codes are reading and get the actual parts to fix it which they should have done in the first place. I took my car back up to them To their service center Where they supposedly Replaced it with new parts, Yet here I am now with the check engine light on the collision light on

Thanking Hudson Autoworks for their superb customer service! During the repairs, I was kept informed and updated by either a telephone call or text message, which was extremely helpful while going through the process. My vehicle looks great! I'm pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Hudson Autoworks to family and friends who are in need of auto body service. Thank you Hudson Autoworks!

Hands down 💯 percent the most loyal, dedicated, trustworthy and professional dealership i have ever encountered with. Not only are they professional and friendly but they care about their customers. Andrew took the time to make sure I was getting top notch customer service. He made the car buying process that much easier. He fought hard for sure. JP and the team at Hudson Autoworks Collision did an amazing job regarding body work on my car. Everyone is just as helpful and courteous as the reviews say. I have an odd paint color to match to and JPs confidence in their ability to match the paint is what sold me on choosing them to be my provider for the service. And the paint came out perfectly! Couldn't expect more. Everything was great. Ideal shop to do business with.

excellent service, excellent work, the best body shop i ever been too ,they worked on my S90 volvo they cleaned the entire vehicle when ipicked it up it had a show room finish
